Return & Exchange Policy

READY TO SHIP PRODUCTS

Items under this category are eligible for exchange or refund. You may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted, so please check your items promptly upon delivery.

 

EXCHANGE

For exchanges, reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unused
  • Tags attached
  • No stains, scents, or damage

Once the item passes inspection, the replacement will be dispatched within 8–10 working days.

 

RETURN & REFUND

For returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the item is received and approved.

Return conditions:

  • Unused product
  • Tags attached
  • No stains, scents, or damage

We request customers to avoid unnecessary returns, as each order is carefully prepared and dispatched.

 

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS

Made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are customized to your measurements.

However, if there is:

  • A defect
  • A sizing issue from our side

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange an exchange within 8–10 days, and Fabeeha will cover reshipping charges.
